- What size container will you need? You will need to apply the cream 2 to 4 times per day, and how much you need will depend on the surface area to be covered. The Pump sizes are 20, 50, 100, 150 and 240grams. Our research shows that having more available so you can get great coverage gives the best effects – so we have made the 240gram Pump the best value for you. (So you can get a handle on this – 240gram container is about a quarter of a litre!)
- What dose of PEA cream? We have two strengths, 1.5% and 3%. The Double Dose (3%) is now available in all size pumps. There is no evidence that 3% will give better results than 1.5% – but we have been asked for it, and those who get it, like it, and nearly always re-order.
- Combination PEA Capsules & Cream? If you have pain – get both. If your issue is skin related only and not extensive – start with just the cream. If your skin issues are extensive then get both capsules & cream.

- Uses for PEA Cream – dozens of conditions have research. If you have inflammation or itch or or pain – it can be considered. If an infection – see your doctor! PEA is often used overseas as support for patients undergoing cancer treatments, (as well as the huge list below!)
